Quick and Easy Vegan Biscuit Recipe using only 6 ingredients
Our first attempt at Vegan Biscuits and it turned out to be pretty good. They turned out so good that they were over in the next 10 minutes.
Being Vegans in India is not as difficult as some would imagine it to be. We have had our share of learning and panic in the beginning specially when we go out to eat. We would be paranoid with what goes into our food but with time we learned to order the right things.
Due to the Lockdown, we have been making everything at home and we have self taught a lot of Vegan foods like cheese, butter, cookies, cakes, pizza dough, pizza and much more.
Put the Almond Milk and Lime Juice in a cup, mix it well and keep aside
Add all dry ingredients in a large bowl like Almond Flour, Baking Powder, Sugar. Mix well
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients
Add Vanilla Essence to the mix

You can use this batter to make cake, cookies, brownies and much more
