Vegan Cream of Mushroom Soup Recipe


  1. 1 tbsp Oil
  2. 6-8 Cloves of Garlic
  3. 15-20 button Mushrooms
  4. 1 Cup chopped corriander
  5. 1 – 1 & 1/2 Cup Plant based milk
  6. Salt to taste

Steps to make the most yummy Vegan Cream of Mushroom Soup in just 20 minutes.

  1. On medium high heat, place a wok and put 1 tbsp of oil in it
  2. Once the oil is hot, add the chopped garlic cloves
  3. Let the garlic cook
  4. Once the garlic starts to brown, add the chopped mushrooms
  5. After a few minutes the mushrooms will start to leave water, once that happens, Add 1 Cup of Plant based milk
  6. Cook for 5-7 mins
  7. Add the Chopped Corriander
  8. Add Salt to Taste
  9. Serve hot
